In the third quarter of 2025, the performance of the top air travel apps in Mexico showed distinct trends in downloads and active users, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Volaris 2.0 maintained a strong presence with weekly downloads peaking at around 112K in mid-July. Active users fluctuated, starting at 752K and ending the quarter with approximately 772K, despite a dip in August.

AMX 2.0 exhibited a significant surge in downloads towards the end of the quarter, reaching a high of 129K in mid-September. However, its active users declined from 455K to 374K over the same period.

Viva Aerobus: Fly! saw consistent download numbers, averaging around 39K weekly. Active user numbers climbed steadily, peaking at 847K by the end of July before stabilizing at around 789K.

Flightradar24 | Flight Tracker experienced modest revenue, with weekly earnings ranging from $4.3K to $5.6K. Downloads and active users remained relatively stable, with downloads peaking at 11K in early August and active users reaching 166K in late September.

American Airlines maintained a steady download rate, hovering around 4.5K weekly. Active users fluctuated throughout the quarter, peaking at 52K in late August before declining toward the end of September.
